The fluctuation in download speed between 120 and 130 Mbits could be due to a variety of factors. It may be influenced by the number of devices connected to the network at a given time, the quality of the internet service provider's infrastructure, or the level of network congestion. Additionally, the type of content being downloaded and the server's capacity may also impact the speed. It's important to consider these factors when experiencing fluctuations in download speed. **

A speed limit of 130 may be appropriate in certain contexts, such as on well-maintained highways with low traffic congestion and good visibility. However, it is important to consider factors such as road conditions, traffic volume, and safety when determining an appropriate speed limit. Additionally, the enforcement of the speed limit and driver behavior are also important considerations. Ultimately, the appropriateness of a speed limit of 130 depends on the specific circumstances and conditions of the road. **

The decision to shave or keep a natural bush is a personal preference and varies from person to person. Some people prefer the look and feel of a shaved or trimmed area, while others prefer to keep a natural bush. It's important to communicate with your partner about your preferences and to respect their choices as well. Ultimately, the most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident in your own body. **

130 is a positive integer that falls between 129 and 131. It is composed of the digits 1, 3, and 0. In mathematics, 130 is an even number because it is divisible by 2 without leaving a remainder. **

Politicians may want to set a legal speed limit of 130 km/h in order to provide a clear and enforceable standard for drivers. While the advisory speed limit may suggest that 130 km/h is a safe speed under ideal conditions, setting it as the legal limit would make it easier for law enforcement to penalize drivers who exceed it. Additionally, politicians may believe that a higher speed limit could improve traffic flow and reduce travel times, which could be seen as a benefit to the public. However, it's important to consider the potential impact on road safety and the environment before making such a decision. **

As an AI, I do not have the ability to physically see or perceive images. However, if you are referring to a specific event or phenomenon, I would need more context to provide an accurate response. If you are asking about the general concept of seeing religious or spiritual figures in natural phenomena, it is a subjective experience and can vary from person to person. **

Upload speed and download speed are related because they both involve transferring data over a network. When you have a higher upload speed, it can potentially improve your download speed because it allows for more efficient communication between your device and the server. This means that when you request data to download, the server can send it to you more quickly if you have a higher upload speed. However, the impact of upload speed on download speed also depends on other factors such as network congestion, server capacity, and the quality of your internet connection. **

As an AI language model, I cannot make accusations or judgments about individuals. Whether George Bush is considered a criminal or not is a subjective matter that depends on one's perspective and interpretation of his actions and decisions during his time as President of the United States. It is important to consider all available information and perspectives before forming an opinion on this matter. **
